This website
The website tells you about the hotel, its rooms and the area. We keep it accurate, but rooms, views and services may differ slightly from the photos and descriptions. Texts and photos belong to us or to the photographers credited on the Photo credits page; please don't copy them without permission.
Enquiries and bookings
We don't take bookings or payments through the website. A form you send here is an enquiry: it does not reserve a room.
We reply personally with availability and our price. Your stay is booked only when we confirm it to you by email, WhatsApp or phone.
Prices and payment
We quote prices per room per night, in euros, including VAT. The climate resilience fee set by Greek law is charged on top, per room per night, at the official rate.
We don't ask for a deposit: you pay at the hotel.
Cancellations and changes
If your plans change, please tell us as early as you can, so we can offer the room to someone else. We tell you the cancellation terms for your dates when we confirm your booking. Changes to dates or rooms depend on availability.
Bookings through other websites
If you book through Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb or another site, that site's price, payment and cancellation terms apply to your booking.
Your stay
- Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out until 11:00. Earlier arrival or later departure is possible when the room is free; ask us in advance.
- We may ask for an ID card or passport at check-in.
- Each room may be used only by the number of guests confirmed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Breakfast is not served.
- Free parking is available in the streets around the hotel; it is public parking and not supervised.
- Please respect other guests and our neighbours. Damage beyond normal wear may be charged.
Belongings and liability
Please use the safe in your room for valuables (sea-view rooms), or ask us for help. Our liability for guests' belongings is as set by Greek law.
Complaints and disputes
If something is wrong during your stay, tell us straight away so we can put it right; you can also email us afterwards. These terms are governed by Greek law. Consumers can also turn to the Consumer Ombudsman (synigoroskatanaloti.gr) for out-of-court resolution. Disputes go to the courts of Thessaloniki, without affecting your rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published when we confirm your booking applies to it.
